Process audit and digitalisation plan

We begin with the people who handle orders, quotations and accounts every day. Together we trace where information arrives, who checks it and where the same details are entered again. This separates problems caused by software from those caused by unclear ownership.

A new application is not always necessary. An improved form, a connection between existing tools or an agreed place for shared data may solve the problem. We assess proposed changes by scope, dependencies and expected value, including any data cleanup needed before implementation.

The audit produces a description of the reviewed processes, the obstacles found and a proposed order of work. It identifies required connections, people who need to be involved and information to prepare. Any payback estimate uses your figures, with assumptions stated separately.

Choose one task that regularly gets stuck. Tell us who does it, which applications they use and how often it happens. You do not need to collect every company document beforehand.
